Established in 2023 to fulfil the technical skills shortage in mechanical plant repair and servicing across 5 major industries (Mining, Tunnelling, Energy, Civil & Industrial. Our staff and systems follow the 5S methodology ( Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain). These key 5 points make up the Pentagon in Pentagon Plant.
Our skills and services also extend from repairs and servicing to fleet management, compliance administration, plant and equipment hire and specialised testing. Some of the services we currently provide to our customers are listed below.
- Preventative maintenance and servicing (Oils, filters and sampling with record management)
- Parts sourcing and machine filter kit supply. (Kits assembled per fleet number)
- Breakdown servicing.
- Planned maintenance ( Scheduled component change out or repairs)
- Component overhauls (cylinder reseals, pins and bushes)
- Shutdown shift maintenance on-site (soft foot coupling alignment, fixed plant assembly)
- Fleet administration for Tier 1 projects ( Administer systems such as 3DS)
